David Bond
With a multi-role career specialising in drilling, David developed the internationally known Technical Limit management process to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Multi role career from Drilling Engineer to Director Drilling on Platforms, Drillships, Semi submersibles, Jack-ups and Land rigs.
Extensive knowledge of the drilling and completion process both application and design, including Bit Design, Drilling Fluids, Directional Drilling and Completion design.
Developed the internationally known “Technical Limit” management process to identify performance improvement opportunities.
Previously with Ophir Energy, Reliance, Woodside Energy, BHP Petroleum and ConocoPhillips.

Ian brings his vast 35 years of global energy sector experience to the team. His deep technical, commercial and executive experience spans both traditional and renewable energy.

Mr Ian Jackson – B.Eng (1st Class Hons), M.I.Chem.E., MBA has over 35 years global experience in the energy sector.
He has vast technical, commercial and executive experience in the renewable and traditional energy sectors, including holding Chief of Staff for Technology and Engineering for BP plc, which included all BP’s renewable technology including solar, hydrogen, gas and LNG global businesses, GM and director roles with Woodside in the LNG and domestic gas sectors.
He has delivered LNG gas contracts worth over AUD 25 billion and lead energy companies to IPO on the London SX worth over GBP 1.5 billion. He was part of the initial team in Ophir Energy that became one the largest deep water acreage holders in Africa with a market capitalization over $1.5 billion. The passion now is to lead the same depth in renewable energy.

Lionel’s clients over the past two decades include BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Newcrest, ConocoPhillips, Woodside and Komatsu. He was a founding partner of VCI and NextGenOpX

He has over 20 years international experience in senior operational, commercial, product management and management consulting roles across several heavy industries including mining, steel, construction, manufacturing and tunnelling.

Worked as lead consultant for strategic repositioning, organisational redesign and transformation projects for mining, oil and gas companies including BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Peabody, AngloGold Ashanti, and Woodside.
Extensive transaction experience includes 4 years with KPMG’s M&A Advisory Team in London.
